KRZR K1M
Transfer music for free PC to phone

IMPORTANT cable drivers and instructions get them HERE
THEN
Motorola.com faq's section on transferring music to the K1m. Run Media Player 10
Sync from MP10-not using Vcast software at all-and add songs to your phone.
It did work for me. I uninstalled the Vcast, and am using the mp10 only.
I had a feeling that maybe the Vcast was interfering with mp10 while trying to sync, etc. I may also be wrong since I am not the computer genuis I think I am.
**Follow procedures EXACTLY as stated, works great for me**
